An exciting promenade performance set amidst the ancient landscape of Sandwick in the Elemental Garden of Legend and Lore and sit around the peat fire in the Folk Art Studio with stories from the Midsummer world of Orkney. An opportunity to be transported to the mysterious and magical world of The Trowie Healer o’ Shapinsay -a traditional Orkney Island Folk Tale around the ancient Islanders' belief of 'Abeun The Hill' - and The Two Fiddlers by George Mackay Brown.
NB if weather is not good the event will be held inside the Orkney Folklore and Storytelling Centre in the Hamnavoe Room and The Folk Art Studio.
