BEYOND THE SHORE AND NOW & THE WONDERFUL EVERYDAY 

Two creative projects have been taking place in the community led by the Gabrielle Barnby (writer) and Rebecca Marr (artist).   These projects have been encouraging work by staff and clients of our collaborating organisations.   Our writing project has worked with staff and carers of dementia sufferers in partnership with Age Scotland, Orkney and we have worked with staff and clients of Women's Aid, Orkney in our photographic project.   You can also see some of the poetry from our Writers' project in the windows of Age Orkney in Victoria Street, Kirkwall during the Festival.  We hope that this is only the beginning of an ongoing relationship with both organisations and will be a continuing project.
