SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at St Magnus International Festival online shop.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment processing

All orders are processed within 5 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

St Magnus International Festival do not ship to PO box addresses.

Box Office pickup

Our Box Office pickup hours are Wednesday to Saturday 10am – 4pm.  Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been placed.  If you have not received your order within 10 business days of receiving your order confirmation email, please contact us at boxoffice@stmagnusfestival.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Damages

St Magnus International Festival is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We currently do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

RETURNS POLICY

St Magnus International Festival accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
