St Magnus International Festival is making a range of equipment available for hire to support community events, activities and projects across Orkney.
Equipment will be available at subsidised hire rates, subject to availability and the suitability of the proposed use.
We would be pleased to hear from community groups, organisations and individuals who are interested in using the equipment.
How it works
If you are interested in hiring equipment, please complete our enquiry form and tell us:
- what equipment you are looking for
- what you will be using it for
- when and where you will need it
- who will be responsible for using the equipment
We will then contact you to discuss your requirements, availability and hire arrangements.
At this stage, completing the form is an enquiry only and does not constitute a booking. All hires are subject to availability and agreement with St Magnus International Festival.
About the hire
The equipment will be available on a dry-hire basis, meaning that the hirer collects, transports, sets up and returns the equipment.
Hirers will be responsible for taking appropriate care of the equipment and using it safely. Depending on the nature of the hire, we may require information about insurance and risk assessment arrangements.
Further information about equipment, hire charges, deposits and the terms and conditions of hire will be provided before a hire is confirmed.
