The RSNO make a welcome return to the festival. The young Norwegian conductor Tabita Berglund is joined by British soprano Erika Mädi-Jones for Wagner's richly lyrical and reflective Wesendonck Lieder and the concert ends with one of the epic symphonies of Sibelius capturing the essense of northern landscapes.
